Fees

Our fees are simple and transparent.

Once we have had our inital discussion and agreed to move ahead the search fee is £750. This will normally cover a period up to three months . Once the serach fee is paid we would like to meet in your current home so we can get a persective on your current home and style*.

Upon finding your property we charge 2/3% of the purchase price.

Minimum fee is £3,000. No VAT is payable. Therefore is you are buying a property for £500,000 our fee is £3,750.

Additional services as noted by arrangement.

* outside of a radius of 50 miles from home address costs will be charged at cost of petrol not time.
